MINIMUM CHARGE
The standard minimum charge is currently $95. This covers our labor and fuel costs for most jobs but there are times when the price will be higher or even lower! We are fair and never take advantage of our customers. Our rates are very reasonable and we really think you will agree.
LOAD SIZE
Our rates are normally based on volume. Our standard load size is 160 cubic yards and this is enough for most junk removal jobs we typically see. But there are times when the job is anything but typical. This is why we always give you a FREE onsite estimate, up-front. You are never under any obligation to use our services but we really think that you will find our personnel to be very polite and our rates so affordable, making it very easy for you to decide to let us get the job done. Once we have reached an understanding, our crew will get to work right away and remove all your unwanted items quickly and efficiently. We will even broom sweep all areas where junk was removed!
Please note: Our Minimum rates start at $95.00 witch includes the cost of two uniformed drivers, gas mileage, loading (anywhere in the property), sorting (if needed) and disposal fees. If you think your load may be too small for our minimum rates, please do call. We may be able to provide a "Piggy Back Haul", which means we can still show up and even give you a LOWER minimum rate! Be advised, a "Piggy Back Haul" is routed to fit our schedule and economize our fuel costs. Our goal is to give the best estimate depending on your junk removal needs. Our prices will vary depending on the difficulty of the job. We will gladly MEET & BEAT any and all competitors written quotes the same services!

OUR PRICES INCLUDE
- Loading of all the junk at your location. We will even leave your place broom swept!
- We will remove all of the junk from any and all locations at the job site address.
- All disposal fees or charges (landfill or special transfer station).
- No obligation Free Quote provided on site. We do our best to give customers guidance over the phone, but we cannot quote exact junk removal prices until we see the job first. Once at your premises, your truck team will provide with a precise estimate for our junk removal services.
Our rates reflect the amount of rubbish collected. in most cases, this is based on VOLUME (how much of the truck's container is filled) but collections comprising entirely of heavy loads (soil, builder's debri,tiles,concrete, etc) will be charged by WEIGHT regardless of volume. For junk removal collections containing a mix of general and heavy rubbish, a weight supplement may be added to refflect the additional disposal costs we have to pay. Discounts are available for account customers, very large jobs, and certain types of collections involving lower than normal labor or disposal costs.
